Since their establishment in February 2016, Centre for Leadership Advantage has grown rapidly to a team of six consultants and support staff who are constantly evolving and further developing their capabilities to anticipate the needs of their clients. They have recently established industry alliances with a leading university and a learning institution to provide leadership assessment and diagnostic solutions to support the attainment of a globally-regarded credential, recognising acquired capability in a range of professional skills.

Dr. Marcele De Sanctis – Chief Executive Officer, Organisational Psychologist

Marcele co-founded the Centre for Leadership Advantage in 2016. She is a research supervisor and examiner for the Master of Organisational Psychology program at Deakin University and has consulted to the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD), one of the world’s leading member-based organisations for Chairs and Company Directors. Marcele holds a Doctor of Philosophy in Psychology/Leadership and Master of Organisational Psychology from Deakin University and is a Graduate of the AICD’s Company Director Course.
In 2017, Marcele was nominated for a Telstra Business Womens Awards in the Entrepreneur category.
Terry Coyne – Director, Organisational Psychologist

Terry Coyne is one of Australia’s best known organisational psychologists and it is in the area of leadership that Terry has had the privilege of selecting, advising and coaching many truly significant leaders across multiple countries and cultures. Since 1983, Terry Coyne has worked across most facets of Australian business and sport. At Coyne Didsbury PDI Pty Ltd (1989-2002) he and Gavin Didsbury established a pre-eminent assessment and development consultancy which became Australia’s most successful leadership assessment and development firm. Coyne Didsbury was acquired by US-owned Personnel Decisions International (PDI) in 2002, and Terry remained as CEO of PDI Asia Pacific for five years and then as an Executive Consultant until PDI was acquired by Korn/Ferry in 2013. Terry co-founded the Centre for Leadership Advantage in 2016.
